By accessing or using HytaleHQ services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account secure
• All activity on your account
• Not sharing your account with others

3. Acceptable Behavior

You must not:

• Cheat, hack, or use unauthorized mods
• Harass or abuse other players or staff
• Attempt to disrupt server operations
• Share inappropriate content

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent bans.

4. Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Perks and ranks may be modified for game balance.

5. Intellectual Property

HytaleHQ owns all custom content created for the server. Hytale is owned by Hypixel Studios. We are not affiliated with them.

6. Service Availability

We may update, modify, or temporarily disable features at any time for maintenance or improvements.

7. Limitation of Liability

HytaleHQ is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost data, downtime, or in-game losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
